From the Principal’s Message:
Our students are learning about the world around them and the skills, knowledge and attitudes they need to be successful and happy. They are encouraged to learn through their diverse classroom experiences, school wide activities and celebrations, a variety of extracurricular sports teams and in-school service opportunities. Maywood provides various supports for students and their families with a hot lunch program, after-school programs, a Strong Start program and much more. Parents and family members are encouraged to learn more about our school by attending PAC meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and joining us for our assemblies and community events. Our dedicated staff continually work together to learn new ways of engaging students and increase learning.
