At Seaforth Elementary School, our mission is to provide a happy, safe, supportive and challenging learning environment where our children learn to become compassionate citizens able to contribute in a global community.
Our school’s mission statement: As part of our professional commitment to respond to new challenges and meet the changing needs of our students, the Seaforth students, parents, community and staff supports the belief that school must be a place where people want to be, where the learning environment is conducive to intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and social development. Fundamental to this belief is the willingness of all participants to be open to possibilities. Such openness may best flourish in an atmosphere of trust and respect; an environment that invites individuals to ask questions and seek responses, to take risks and make mistakes.
